The FoxPods C5 looks don’t deceive

The FoxPods C5 TWS earphone set comes with a case and a pair of earphones like in other similar offerings. The set is quite light, compact and easy to make. The charging case is beautiful and high-end with a Foxin branding on the front as well as four LED charging indicators that let you know how much charge is left in the case. At the top, a transparent cover will allow you to take a look at the earbuds and their state of charge without opening the case.

On the back, the case has a micro USB port for charging, which is disappointing as the Type-C port has become a common feature. What’s interesting is that there is a button when you open the case to turn the charging of the headphones on and off.

Moving on to headphones, the FoxPods C5 TWS headphones are quite compact and lightweight. The headphones weigh only 4 grams each. Each headset has an LED indicator that flashes blue when pairing and red when charging. The headphones have magnetic connectors and there is automatic charging as they are mounted in the charging case. FoxPods C5 headphones feature touch sensors to control volume, play and pause, answer and make calls.

During my use, he found the FoxPods C5 TWS earphones to be comfortable to wear continuously. It has a beautiful design which ensures a perfect fit and does not require constant adjustment during use. Also, the touch controls worked great without any issues. The touch controls are sensitive enough unlike other affordable wireless headphones. To detail the touch controls, you can play or pause a track by tapping the left earbud once, calling the last number dialed by double-clicking on the left earbud, and so on. The other cool aspect that is appreciated is that the FoxPods C5’s charging case locks down quite tightly.

FoxPods C5 performance is acceptable

FoxPods C5 performance is acceptable

The FoxPods C5 TWS earphones offer acceptable performance for their price. Volume levels are loud and good even when there is 30 percent volume. Plus, the bass performance is reasonable considering it’s inexpensive compared to many other offerings. Interestingly, there is no distortion in the audio output with higher volume levels and 40-50% volume level was sufficient during my use. What I miss about this pair of headphones from Foxin is noise cancellation, which is one of the most sought-after features by users lately. But this is acceptable considering the price of the headphones.

In terms of call quality, there is no connectivity issue and the person on the other end of the line could clearly hear my voice. There weren’t a lot of issues in terms of calling with the Foxin FoxPods C5 TWS earphones.
